Currencies:

All transactions will be processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Credit Cards:

Shop @ Sateria is continually adding various payment methods, for your convenience. The credit card option is currently under construction and will be completed in due course.

For the time being payment can be made via Shop @ Sateria's various other payment options.

Bank Deposit or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT):

When you reach the order details page simply select the ‘Bank wire' method as your payment method. Once you've placed your order; deposit or transfer the purchase amount directly to us using your order number and your surname as the reference.

Standard Bank to Standard Bank transfers can take up to 24 hours to reflect in our account and transfers from another bank can take up to 48 hours to clear. All orders will be processed once the purchase amount reflects in our account.

Once the deposit or transfer has been made please fax payment confirmation to 0861 373 268 or email the payment confirmation Shop@sateria.co.za

Cash Deposit:

You may pay for your products through a Cash Deposit. It's exactly the same as doing a Transfer/EFT payment, except you'll have to go into your bank and physically make your direct deposit there. Once again, select the ‘Bank Wire' option when choosing your payment method. Please fax through your deposit slip to us on 0866 088868 or email Shop@sateria.co.za to ensure your payment is confirmed and order shipped as quickly as possible.
